Gran Pacifica
An oceanside village resort with spectacular views
UDA prepared the master plan for Gran Pacifica, a 2,200-acre development nestled in the hills along the Pacific coast of Nicaragua. The design of this resort village features the preservation of natural areas; two golf courses; a 250-room resort hotel; a town square with a mix-of-retail and entertainment uses; and residential neighborhoods with a wide variety of house types, sizes, and styles designed in the tradition of historic settlements in the region.
